3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer pours a gold color with one-inch long lasting white head. The aroma is good. It has a clean pale malt and wheat scent that’s refreshing. There is a bit of yeast fruitiness present. The taste is decent. Sour finish for an English Pale Ale. It is refreshing but unexpected. Good clean hoppy finish. This is a simple brew that’s quite tasty and easy drinking, especially during the summer. The mouthfeel is good light with good carbonation. It is a low bodied beer with good carbonation. Very drinkable. A nice offering.

Lys med nesten ikke skum. Lukter svakt av gress og sitrus. Smaken er noe anonym men funker godt som tørsteslukker

Bottle @ Chriso’s pre-GBBF Shindig. The pour’s light gold with a small head. The aroma’s honeyed bread. Light grassy hop. Peachy flavors. Toasted grain. Citrus. Light body, soft carbonation. Nice, simple.

"Nice orange golden colored beer with a big foamy textured, white head rising robustly above. There’s good hang time. Settles into a medium sized ringlet. The nose light, but the profile on this one pretty straight forward. Biscuit malt and light grassy hops. Light -medium bodied and refreshing. "

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light hazy golden body and creamy head. Bit grainy, lightly caramelised, very clean yeast, lager appeal. Simple classic yet present hop style. Drinks like a non mass produced pilsner to me, to be honest. Okay and quite dry thus quaffable, but not amazing. Bit too filtered perhaps. (33cl bottle from Bootlegger)

Una cerveza muy corriente. Algo mejor que las pilsen españolas. Muy gaseada para mi gusto.

I liked other Brooklyn beers but not that much this one. Medium body, sour, not very pleasant aftertaste. Was expecting more from this one.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
FROM NOTES: July 27, ’12
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Spiegelau glass.
A: Some spicy/floral and citrusy hops along with a light barley graininess dominate.
A: Clear and bubbly golden, one finger of head dissipated fairly quickly to a thin cover
T: Like the smell, the taste of the beer starts with some bready malts and also includes some light floral and grapefruit hops. There is a good balance to this beer and some light spice notes in the finish.
P: Crisp, prickly carbonation, medium body, finished dry
O: Exactly what you are looking for in a summer beer- light, refreshing, crisp, and sessionable.

I love brooklyn beer but this one is mediocre. Would probanly be good in 100 degree heat hanging out in a pool.
