COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The floor malts give this beer a juicy malt character of considerable depth, 55% malted wheat gives it a surprising lightness on the palate, while our house ale yeast lends a gentle fruitiness. The Oxford Companion will impart knowledge, while The Companion imparts conviviality. Maybe you really can have it all?

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden-orange in color and with an off-white head on top. The aroma is fruity and quite weak, with some maltyness and a little bit of grassy, citrusy hops. There’s some sweetness in the flavor, but still it feels quite dry on the palate. Warming and a bit heavily carbonated. Some pale malts in the flavor, along with fruityness and bitterness. Lasting finish with bitterness, alcohol, fruityness and some dried fruits and pale malts. It’s not a bad one, but still not a beer I’m very fond of. Too warming and also lacking a bit on both aroma and flavor and complexity. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt with fruity notes, some orange and apricot and a bit of alcohol. Dry and quite hot alcoholic flavour with ripe fruits, a hint of vanilla and bready malt

A: Golden Straw/Mild Amber Hue, Lots of Light Passes Through, Mild Head Ring, No Lacing S: Mild Caramel Malt, Mild Grains T: Caramel Malt, Earthy M: Okay Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Watery Overall, not a bad beer, very drinkable but just weak from Brooklyn. I expected more from them I guess.
