3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
GABF 2007. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy - especially coriander, but also with a strong note of alcohol - very much like Achouffes Double IPA. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of wheat and coriander, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The alcohol warms the cheeks.

Real glad to see this one in Cornelius all be it at £12.50... amber ... sweet pine fruit nose little yeast ... big in face flavour ... some candi suger ... big pine hop ... refreshing ... citrus ... orange ... peach ... light lemon...cuts through the curry nicly ...3.9
ok on to side by side with its Brother ... more orangy amber ... nose is brighter and more hoppy yeast and pine hop is much more noticible ... sharper edge bit more bitter ... but seems a bit shalower... lots of pine present...although it doesnt seem to have the depth of its brother it just seems to have a bit more kick... 3.8

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 75cl. It settles with a big, coarse, diminishing, off-white head over a hazy, orange body. Lovely citrusy aroma with peach, resin and pepper. Wheat too. Lovely citrusy, peachy flavor with wheat and pale malts as a base. Grassy notes. Pleasant bitterness. Medium to full body, effervescent. Fruity, peachy finish wih some bitterness. Forgot to mention there’s banana all the way. A lovely beer, dangerously easy drinking, almost refreshing. I think I prefer this one over the German edition. 091016
