Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowish-orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma is wheat, clove, and banana. Taste is classic hefeweizen, not exceptional but surely solid and drinkable.

Aug 10, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Whole Foods Charlottesville, best before Jan. 2009. Hazy orange with a small head. Yeasty aroma with some caramel notes and lemon notes. Estery yeast taste with notes of grain, bubblegum, caramel and spice.

Citrus, malty, yeasty, grainy. Good and drinkable but not very exciting.

Jul 28, 2008 This is a solid Hefe. From the tap at Redligh Redlight it poured a hazy yellow color with very light, crisp aroma of citrus, cloves, orange, and slight banana flavor. Flavor is very drinkable and has a light banana note or two with a solid citrusy sweetness. The finish is slightly sweet and lasts. I really enjoyed this beer on tap.

Jul 27, 2008 On tap at Redlight Redlight (Orlando, FL). Pours a hazy yellow with one finger white head that settles quickly. Aroma is milky, sweet malt, wheat, grain, and yeast with some subtle notes of fruitiness and banana. Flavor is sweet and malty with crisp notes of honey, yeast and bread. Some subtle citrus as well. Light to medium body with a flowery sweet finish.
