Au fût @ brewpub. Cuivre, mousse est fine et de ton beige. Arôme de citrouille, épices; muscade, cannelle, note terreuse et légume. Palais, j’ai trouvé cette bière excellent comparée aux autres essais de bières utilisant la citrouille qui sont soit trop épicé ou manque carrément de citrouille. Cette dernière a un profile qui augure de la citrouille, mais qui est suivit par du malt qui donne à la bière un cote grillé avec des notes de biscuits. Le tout se mélange agréablement avec la citrouille et les épices pour un résultat qui a une bonne balance.

On draft at Duke’s. Entering the rating from 2/2011. Pours a clear orange with a soapy white head. Nose is pumpkin, slight vanilla, canned pumpkin and a hint of spice. Flavor is big on canned pumpkin with vanilla and a hint of spice. Light-bodied and not bad.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with clear amber body with copper hues and nice tan head. The modest aroma offers up sugar sweetness, hints of pumpkin and faint winter like spices. The taste is malty sweet and a bit nutty followed by a thin layer of pumpkin flavor as well as a moderate level of smooth aged cinnamon spice. Not sure this beer is above an NA beer in heft.
