on tap-pours aminimal offwhite head and copper color. Aroma is faint medium malt, some pine. Taste is sweet medium malt, 2nd pine/earthy hops with some bite.

on tap at dukes in Spring hill. I will sadly go on record saying that this is by far the worst beer I have ever had. Pours a murky gold brown with no head. Aroma does not really exist but the tase is strong too bad its a nasty strong. It tastes like water from a hose, plastic, chemical taste that is in no way appealing. I wouldnt wish this beer on my worst enemy. No im not exaggerating its really that bad. I was excited to have a brewery in spring hill but this is so disappointing

A dark amber ale with a thin lacing and creamy light moka head. In aroma, a surprisingly nice pungeant c-hops with light citrus and treacle notes. In mouth, a sweet butterscotch with light British hopping, oily mouthfeel, a bit cloying, nutty, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 4 2011.

Cuivre, mousse légère beige.
Arôme, léger malt et aspect grillé, note de houblon, en général le nez est assez en retrait.
Au palais, on ressent un bon côté de malt/caramel avec de légère et subtile note grillé/biscuité que j’ai pu noter dans plusieurs de leurs bières. Le niveau effervescence est médium et le tout garde un aspect bien malt avec qcq notes de houblons rajoutant une fine couche d’amertume.

Pours hazy copper with gold hues and off white head. The aroma has spicy to resiny hops followed by crystal malts and a thin layer of gently roasted malts. The taste is sessionably thin with fairly bright spicy to bitter hop notes running into mildly roasty malts.

On tap at Duke’s in Spring Hill. Pours brown amber with a white head. Nose is malt, some biscuit, and a bit of caramel. Flavor is similar with malt quality and some mild hops, especially into the finish. Decent starter beer and nice malt presence.
