A Mes rate. Bag in a box at the Duke of Welligton, Dalston.
Cleanish and very pale, almost a greenish yellow colour. A very easy drinking cider. Lots of fleshy apples with a bit of skin in the finish. Not much sugar apparent but the dryness is also very restrained. Just about a medium I guess. Really good white grape character and a hint of old orchard wood in the aftertaste. Not a spectacular cider but an extremely drinkable one all the same.

Bag in a box at Kent BF 08. Very pale gold/green, bit like a perry look to be honest. Lovely aroma. Slight cheesy apple, but good sweetish apple flesh as well. God that’s so good. Not overly sweet. That is so drinkalbe, great apple juice. Crazy. It’s great. Just like drinking apple juice.
