4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
From tap & mallet, poured from a bottle into a gay little glass. Clear light clear/yellow. Minerals and touches of urine in the nose, sour grape too. Flavors are soft, delicate...not overly sweet at all...very tasty...lots of apple and grape flavors actually...its not exactly complex or funky, but by god, it’s pretty damn good and refreshing and I really like those bright apple/grape notes...could easily use this to get my 6 year old to go to bed on command and to create a toddler alcoholic.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured into wine glass a bright gold. Honey and yeast in nose and mouth. Alcohol well hidden. This is the sweeter style common with wineries.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Honey and yeast nose, some fusel alcohol. Very pale champagne. Honey and acetone, lemon and apple tang and nice pistachio accents. Light body, smooth.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Decent mead. Sweet and honey like in the nose and mouth, but a slighly odd spicyness as well. Almost gave it a beer like quality. Alcohol is well hidden. Decent.

5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
I drank a bottle of this last night. Easily the best mead I have ever had. It has a very sweet honey aroma and taste. Be cautious when drinking this though, the alcohol is hidden so I didn’t realize how much I was consuming until it hit all at once. So be weary, cause this mead can be a dangerous friend. With that being this is easily now my favorite mead.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ML Bollte-Clear golden pour, not much else you can say about it. Very standard mead/honey taste, really no other flavors added. Sweet, but not overly so. Very basic mead, but very good. Well done example where less is more

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear light white wine color. Aromas of apple, some rubber, candy. Taste is pretty exquisite, if simple and straight forward. Slightly medicinal, sweet, yet not cloying, savory and full bodied. Alcohol is hidden. This is a nice mead. Like.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear pale yellow color. Sweet and estery nose. Honey and pineapple and some apple and grain flavors. Alcohol much like a wine. Overall good, but nothing to distinguish it.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750 ml bottle. Pours a clear, somewhat pale gold with no head. This is a still mead. The aroma is honey with some fairly strong alcohol vapors, which surprises me given the abv on the bottle is listed at 8%. The flavor is straightforward honey, clean and not earthy. Sweet but not cloying. This mead is actually lighter in body than I would have imagined given its sweetness. Better than I was expecting.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours clear light gold, no real legs. Aroma of honey and citrus notes. Flavor is pure honey up front, a bit of citrus tang, sweet. Mouthfeel is medium-heavy, light watery. Overall, I thought it was very tasty, just a simple mead with alot of flavor.
