From the juice of Bittersweet apples, high in tannin but low in acidity, giving a distinctive body and colour that provides a refreshing crisp medium dry cider.

Dark yellow and clear. Has a white head, mostly diminising. Aroma of matured apples, heavy sweet. Heavy sweet flavor too, light acid, light astringent. Syrupy texture and soft carbonation.
