COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From the juice of Bittersweet apples, high in tannin but low in acidity, giving a distinctive body and colour that provides a refreshing crisp medium dry cider.

25cl bottle from Morrisons. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet apple, some leather. Flavour is sweet apple, a bit mouldy, apple juice. Low carbonated. Sugary. Sweet finish.

Dark gold with fast dissapearing white fizzy head. Light sour apple smell. Tart sour apple taste with a dry sweet fruity finish. Medium thin fizzy body. Average but still very drinkable.

Dark yellow and clear. Has a white head, mostly diminising. Aroma of matured apples, heavy sweet. Heavy sweet flavor too, light acid, light astringent. Syrupy texture and soft carbonation.
