Tasted at the meadery. This was actually my favorite of the night. Very nice aroma. Very nice balance of sweet vs dry. Great for those that dont like overly sweet meads...Which I THOUGHT I preferred, but after this, thinking now I might like the middle ground...

Very nice mead, poured at Brothers Drake tasting room. Has the appearance of a white wine. Very very sweet flavor with notes of citrus and flowers.

Pours a white wine color.Nose is honey sweet.The flavor is mild, not a whole lot of sweetness going on.Tastes closer to a white wine than a honey wine.Finished off slightly sweet.
