Draft. Poured clear golden color with good legs. Moderate to heavy dark honey and floral hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth rich texture. Medium dark honey and citrus flavor with a rich bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Pleasing rich flavor.

Sample from a bottle. Clear yellow pour with no head and no legs. Nose of honey and hops. Musty dry white wine flavor with a hoppy finish. Not my thing. I like hops in my beer, but not so much in my mead.

Draft at Bodega served in a stemless wine glass. Pours a clear, pale gold with no carbonation or head. Aroma of floral notes, honey, earthy bitter hops and a little bit of soap or chemicals. Flavor of honey, bitter earthy and soapy hops, and floral notes. Medium body, no carbonation, and a smooth, vinous mouthfeel. Nice.

draft... very light straw body, no head... light aroma get more hops than anything, a bit floral, some honey, ok... a very dry mead, easy to drink, more hops but not sweet enough for me, alcohol is hidden really well, I’d like to try more

On draught at Bodega. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a minimal white head that forms an outer ring. Decent legs on the sides of the glass. Aroma of ripe fruit with some dank notes and an interesting Elmer’s paste smell periodically. Medium, semi-dry body with a fruity character and flavors of honey, wood and mild earthy hops in the background. The finish is sweet and fruity. Interesting and pretty enjoyable overall.
