COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sur Liè aged for two years this mature mead comes out of the bottle dancing with orange and vanilla aromas. South African Rooibos Tea lends the beautiful tawny color, with a nod to the tradition of drinking this tea with honey. VO is enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Allow the mead to open in your glass as the rich nose develops into a spicy finish. VO will pair well with mild cheeses and balance light fruits such as pear. Its zest will compliment lamb and chicken dishes.
