Gold and bubbly. Washing-up liquid and sherbert aroma. Taste is sweet pear fruit. Very refreshing and fruity.

Bottled. A light golden perry. The aroma is dominated by pears. The flavor is sweet with notes of pears, leading to a very slightly tart finish.

Bottle. Golden- yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is mature pear, sugar, caramel, yeast. OK perry

Bottle. A clear, golden perry with some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma is a bit weak, but with some funky, orchard aromas and some pear. The pear should be more noticeable I think. On the palate it’s rather thin, but pleasantly carbonated. The flavor has some notes of caramel in addition to pears, orchard and a hint of some funk. In both aroma and flavor there’s also something cellarish, but cellar isn’t the correct word to use. Dusty old curtains maybe. Anyway, a drinkable perry that won’t scare anyone, but that’s also what I hold against it. 101023

Green bottle.Pours pale yellow with a fast dissipating white head.Aroma is soft pear , caramel, yeast and some rustic farmhouse notes.Flavor is sweet and astringent pear.Medium to thin body, average carbonation, sweet finish.Nice perry .

Bottle 50 cl. Clear pale yellow with no head. Discreet pear aroma. Light body, high in carbonation, discreetly sweet with very discreet pear accents. Pretty much just carbonated water with sugar added. 080510

CBF 2010: Yellow and clear. Has a white head, diminshing. Aroma is light sweet, fruity, pear. Flavor starts moderate sweet, has a light acidic finish. Light astringent.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sweet pear and sugar.

Bottle. Greenish pale yellow colour. Week perry aroma. Light sweet flavor with some perry notes. Short finish. Watery palate.

Bottle at Københavns Ølfestival 2010. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of pears and grass. Fruity flavour of pears with some sweetness. Fruity finish.
