A hazy pink beer with a small pink head. The aroma is powerful artificial raspberry with wheat hidding in the background. The flavor is wheat with strong notes of raspberries, leading to a dry wheaty end. The mouthfeel is thin and quite carbonated. I didn’t detect the honey.

Tried this beer while on Beer Quest 2010 with the guys. This was beer number 44. Pours pink. Aroma is bubblegum. Flavor is sweet. Continues with the bubblegum aroma. Light brew. Seems more like a soda.

On tap at Oktoberfest in Mascouche. The color is a light pink with very little head. You can detect some malt in the aroma but very little. The taste is of raspberry, but I did not taste any honey. It is a refreshing drink but for me not a beer but a cooler.

Bu à l’Oktoberfest des Québécois 07. (fut). Rose jaunie, petit collet rose pale.

Bright amber-orangeish color, with an off-white head, intense raspberry fruity nose, with a berryish tartness, sweet grainy pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp sweet acidic raspberry character, with a faint tartness fruitiness, mild honeyish pale malt sweetness, leading towards dry fruity raspberry finish.

Siroy (220) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 20, 2006
[ draught 4 oz at the brewpub ; chilled ]
A fully diminushing small fizzy white /pink head that tops up a clear light pink body. No lacing. No particules. Many small bubbles Heavy filtration. Aroma presents malt being light grain while hops are light flowers . Also, there are evident traces of . raspberry and wheat. Initial flavor is medium sweet /rapsberry.. (duh!) and development is ...wierd. Finish is abrupt . Light body... watery texture... Soft carbonation...
Definetly their worst beer.
