Siroy (220) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 20, 2006
[ draught 4oz at the brewpub ; chilled ]
A fully diminushing small fizzy white head that tops up a hazy light yellow body. No lacing. Few thin particules. Few small bubbles Aroma presents malt being light bread and wheat, while hops are very faint flowers with minimal spices. faint notes of pear. Initial flavor is lighty sour but development is more biscuity/wheaty.. Light to medium body... watery texture... Soft carbonation...
First of their 10 beers I had that day, fortunatly, all the other were better!

Rastacouere (6136) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 28, 2005
Cloudy pale golden hue. Head is white and small. Gently phenolic nose contains the typical banana and cloves, but also a nice biscuity part that is quite chraming. I just wish it was more assertive. Indeed a solid wheat base in mouth, characterful biscuitiness as well as big banana and floral suggestions. Full carbonation, light to medium bodied. Good stuff.
