Cask handpull, The Shovel, Lye. Eponymous gold with a slim white layer, lace like milk. Barely-there grass and caramel aroma; honey and lemon hints. Honey dripped on wafers taste, pastry butteriness, bit of astringency at the back. Pretty dead. Need to head north for a hop fix.
