A bit of hop and that brings a hint of zing. Fairly bitter. It is a nice mix of dark fruit and roasted malt effects. Unique and enjoyable!

Pleasantly smoky. Slightly medicinal. Very nice sweet malty flavor. Full bodied. Perfectly balanced. Woody, smoky with hints of mince pies and raisins. Lightly sour and salty. Low bitterness. Wonderful finish with hints of licorice, aniseed, pumpernickel and heather. Flawless and deeply pleasant.
