3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer makes good its escape from the 500ml brown bottle into my glass, the color a deep blood red, the head Bunyanesque in size, the texture creamy and the color a beauteous light tan, as it slowly dematerializes, the lace forms a concealing blanket to obscure the glass. Nice rich malt nose, with a bit of caramel, sugar like, and a bit of fresh churned butter, start is lightly sweet, the grain profile adequate and the top light to medium in feel. Finish is surly in its acidity, the hops perfection, quite dry and refreshing on this 100 degree day in Arizona.

500ml bottle, thanks to Rev.
Large tan head, some nice lacing. Dark ruby body. Nose is grass and straw, a little fruit. Flavour of biscuit, dark fruit. Aftertaste not very bitter, almost tangy. Decent mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Tastes like it would go well with Christmas cake.

Flaska. Doftar karamell, fruktkaka, choklad, fikon och röda bär. Mjuk beska i smaken, där karamell, lime, choklad och svagt av soja ger en trevlig öl.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark red, ruby colour with medium head that eventually dissipates. Not too strong of an aroma, but hints of malty caramel. Body is quite full but not heavy. Taste is sweeter with hints of chocolate caramel and a slightly bitter, malty aftertaste. Not too dry of a beer, very enjoyable!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled, 0.50l. Clear dark ruby color with mid-sized thick tan-like head. Aroma of caramel malt, mild coffee and chocolate, floral hops and plums. Taste starts with sweet caramel, then followed by light roastiness with some chocolate notes. Mouthfeel is syrupy, while aftertaste resembles dark chocolate bitterness. Full body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. That’s the reason for liking knights...
