COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional.
Brewed to the exacting specifications of the Soil Association Certification Ltd.
This well hopped ale is brewed with high quality, English grown, organic malt and hops. Pale golden in colour, it has excellent hop flavour and aroma well balanced by the sweetnes of the malt.

Cask Handpump at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 02/08/2006 Strong hop aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and fruity orange flavour. Crisp on the palate with a slightly dry and bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2012 Uneventful neutral nose with a clear cut brown filtered body, slim head. Steely ramping grass sheen on the palate with a dour backend. Overall finishing on a sultry bowling authentic malt sweetness turns the screw really well.

Cask at GBBF, August 2006 (I think - notes not entirely clear). Gold in colour surprisingly enough. Some grassy hop character although not exactly bursting with them. Light biscuity malt. Clean, dry mouthfeel. Not particularly memorable but decent enough.
