wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 28, 2010
from old notes Deep brown-black hue, clear; light tan foam. Toasty, roasty and lightly nutty aroma with figs, plums and rum lollipops in a fruity-sweet combination; dry tobacco leaf. Blueberry-like tannins and acidity are offset by a table sugar sweetness; very jammy, almost overripe; minimal roastiness and just a little puckering. Creamy texture, fullish, soft carbonation. 50 cl bottle.
