COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Special;
Ingredients: Water; Malted Barley; Hops.
A blend of two beers: A strong ale, warming and malty, combined with a Porter style ale with rich roasted malt characters on a background of good hop flavour and aroma. The two beers are brewed and fermented separately then blended together in a warm conditioning vessel to allow the two ales to mature.

Cask@Newark Winter Beer Festival 2010. Brownish black beer with a malty and rich aroma. The flavour is rich and mildly roasted. Overall a palatable drink.

Cask, Newark Winter Fest 10. Very dark brown with a beige head. Aromas are fruity with berries and citrus. Dark syrupy malts with chocolate. Flavours are sweet chocolate and coffee malts with lemon and berries. Earthy hops on the finish. Nice.
