Straw coloured with a cereal-grassy scent. Nice mouthfeel. Not exactly carbonated, but enough to tingle one’s tongue! Honey and some grass in the mouth. Bitter-sweet and not too dry. Rather good.

Aug 19, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy head and leaving nice lace. Aroma is wood and fruits with some fresh sap and nectar added. Flavour is sweetish sour wood along with nectar and some fruityness. Pleasant and wellbalanced.

Aug 9, 2008 Cask at GBBF 08. Clear amber with a fruity aroma which carries over to the start of the sip. A bit lemony, with good bite, but then tails off to be rather bland.

Jun 21, 2008 Tasting notes from 2003 Harbury Beer Festival. Pale golden-amber with thin white head. Citrus, floral, and mild biscuit aroma notes. Citrus hops, biscuit, grass, and caramel flavour notes. Dry, bitter finish.
