Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, sweet malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, pale mild tobacco, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101227]

Cask at the Doric. An ake if ever I saw one. So aley. Malt and slight hops. So forgettable.

Cask @ The State Bar. Mild malt flavour. Amber brown colour. Mild citrus malt flavour. A. bit watery & bland.

Cask @ Scottish Real Ale Festival 2010. Clear golden colour, off-white head. Aroma is citric, soft malty. Flavour is slightly hoppy, citric and soft malty. Slightly bitter.
