Bottle from Booths in Ripon. Pours golden with a thin off-white head. A pretty standard malt dominated bitter. Mostly toasty with a little citrus and spice. Quite high carbonation. Goes down easy enough, but unspectacular.

Keg at the Standing Order. Pours amber, nose is cheesy toffee, floral, taste is sweet chewy toffee, caramel, light fruit, cold.

500ml Bottle from Aldi Supermarket, Scotland (£1.59):
Some hops & earthy notes with a few grassy ones alongside a touch of sweetness & freshly cut grass. Biscuit malts & some floral notes with some light grain feature but the beer isnít the strongest on the nose, although balance is good.
Clear, medium amber with a foamy white head that stops just short of being patchy.
Biscuit malts & faint sweetness, a slight tang initially with nice floral flavours backed up by caramel & a bitter aftertaste. Some earthy hops round things off.
Light-medium & smooth, although there was the odd touch of grain. Dry with moderate carbonation & a fair balance although the mouthfeel seemed the weak link in this beer, only just though.

Started not too badly at all with a nice hoppy taste & bitterness but to be honest it was a fairly standard beer & it wasnít too exciting either sadly. Itís drinkable but not great, nor is it one Iíll pick up again Iím afraid.

500ml bottle. A fairly average blonde ale with a slightly over bitter hop finish. Not much depth to this but it is decent nonetheless. Dry and refreshing.

500ml bottle, thanks to Rev. Small white head, good lacing, clear golden amber body. Faint grassy hops on the nose. Flavour is straw, a little caramel, bready finish. A little bitterness on the aftertaste. Decent mouthfeel if unspectacular, medium carbonation. Not bad for a golden ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

(Bottle). Smell and taste of fruit, caramel malt and hops. Overall fairly vague flavorings.

Une blonde sans grand relief mais qui se laisse bien descendre. Bonne petite amertume sur le final.

Bottle from Morrisons (I think). Poured an orange/ amber colour with a quickly dissipating white head. Looked more like soda than beer. Aroma of caramel and sweets with a little citrus hoppyness. Initial grassy and unripened fruit bitterness, balanced by some residual toffee malt sweetness.

A golden ale with a small head and a lightly hopped aroma. Has a small dry sweetness for taste.
