Sep 21, 2008 bottle as Kinmount Willie Stout - Pours very dark amber with a thin tan head. It has the expected roast malt aroma. There’s also a hint of chocolate. The flavor is mostly of roast malt as the hops are muted. There’s still that hint of chocolate. It’s medium bodied and finishes a little dry.

Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - smooth, carbonation is soft. (180508)

Jun 28, 2008 I had this from a Kinmount Willie Oatmeal Stout bottle. Dark beer with red highlights. Thin beige head. The nose reminded me of Whoppers malted milk ball candy with chocolate and malt powder. Flavors of puffed wheat and cereal grains with some chocolate and sweetened coffee. There was a light lactic acididy to it that I didn’t mind at all.
