The best Oatmeal Stout I’ve had. Opaque black with a tan head like the crema on a good espresso. Roasty, in an odd way suggestive of both peat and coffee, but with a fruity maltiness. Not too horribly thick, but that’s fine.

This is a beer I could drink too much of if not careful. Very easy to drink, wonderful coffee notes.

I put this right even with Samuel Smith’s Oat meal stout. It was very hard for me to decide which one I like better. They’re both different from eachother but overall I like them the same.
