Amber color. The aroma is a bit malty, some white pepper. Smooth, malty, well balanced, spicy; caramel. Quite long final. Interesting.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 AshtonMcCobb (934) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 30, 2011
50cl bottle, thanks to Bret. Pours amber with steady bubbles and a gentle head. The nose has toffee but more particularly biscuits. The taste is more of the same biscuit, even going into ginger nut biscuits. The palate is medium-bodied with a tangy medium weighted texture in the mid-section and the finish is fresh. Maybe it’s just because I’m extremely thirsty but I think they’ve nailed the bitter style definitely.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 heavy (1490) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 16, 2010
03/03 0.5 l bottle courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured lighter amber body with smaller head. Fine malty aroma, not too strong though, a touch of biscuit with some caramel. Lemony hops are notable in the flavor, along with biscuit malty base. Not really full in body with short and watery finish though. At this point it was bitterish, quite dry with some malty sweetness that arrived at the very end. Pleasant, but typically light bitter
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Marko (3115) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 3, 2010
Bottle from beershop.hr, shared with heavy Poured a copper-brown body with a small white head that went away fast. Light pleasant malty nose, honeyish, carrying some very light aroma hop. The taste is light but nice, lemony hopiness over slightly subdued maltiness. As I said, quite nice overall, I’d have it again.

Nice clear amber coloured, small off-white head, lively carbonation, mild fruity nose. Moderate malty, lemony hops and slight fruity with quite bitter finish. Pleasant bitter, but all in all rather boring one.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 DruncanVeasey (5146) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Prem, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2009
Copper with a foaming white collar. Murray Mint, slight sprout and pencil shavings aroma; the predictable wash of caramel and watery, vaguely herbal/pencilly hops beyond. Slick and malty with not much going on. Some minty, peppery hop amongst the toffee and boiled sweet notes. Slides down easy enough I suppose.
