Cask conditioned at Merton Beer festival ’07. Pale amber with light head. I won’t enter the IPA argument here, but it ain’t one. Light biscuity body, some fragrant fruitiness and with a light hop finish. decent without being spectacular.

Rastacouere (5920) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 1, 2007
Clear light golden ale covered by a large sparkler’s white head. Lightly flowery nose consisting of very soft malts that appear quite oily and vegetal in mouth. Rather dull palate, kinda stale and overly focusing on one-dimensional breadiness.
