Tap at Brouwcafe: Dark ruby coloured bock with a great caramel taste, very smoothy drinkable bock.

Brewery tap. Caramel and Buisman in the aroma. Brown sugar. Very sweet flavor with a hint of raspberry and laurel, especially in the aftertaste. Fairly weak but a decent brew.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma of dark malts with hints of chocolat and faint fruity sourness. Dark brown color, beige creamy head, good lace. Very nice mouthfeel, soft and silky. Dark malts, light sweet, light bitter, hint of chocolat, no sourness in the flavor.
