Our Belgian Blond pours a beautifully hazy yellow with a billowy white head. Classic Belgian esters are rounded out by lemon zest, clove, and fresh cut grass. This Blond is balanced and refreshing with a nice dry finish.

On tap @ The Bruey Provisions. Clear yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma of honey, bread, herbal hops, pepper and some musty yeast. Flavor is a nice blend of semi-sweet malt, bitter hops and some light tart yeast. Medium to light body with healthy carbonation and a light, dryish finish. Nice, easy drinking beer. Lots of flavor and goes down easy.

A: The pour on this one is a clear, pale straw color with a small white head. S: An almost popcorn-like aroma with a decent amount of bread. A strong grass and floral perfume aroma along with a touch of melon. Fairly light yeast, phenols, and esters. T: Decently sweet with a fair amount of bread. A bit of citrus peel and spice on the middle of the palate. Lightly grassy with some perfume character and floral notes. M: The body is fairly light with a medium level of carbonation. O: A decent light Belgian beer, but not really my favorite.

Tap at Naja’s Place. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head that fell away quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, fresh bread, coriander, clove and Belgian yeast. Flavor is crisp, malty, light coriander and clove, Belgian yeast, finish is dry with some citrus. This is a very nice session blonde. I hope they bottle this one at some point.

On tap. Pours with a hazy golden body and a large white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, banana, and coriander. Light citrus, lots of esters. Taste is dry, a bit of soggy grain, tons of esters being highlighted by coriander. Good carbonation and attenuation. Creamy mouthfeel. A solid belgian with a very authentic feel to it.
