Unclear medium yellow - orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, light alcoholic, coriander - peppery ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. ( A little more sharp and pikky than the Manten ). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280208) JorisPPattyn (4248), Antwerpen, Belgium Feb 28, 2008 Small whitish head over orange-amberish beer. Spicy, coriander, grassy & a touch of caramel. Coriander, sweetish and perfumey-spicy. Not yet soupy, but yet too much coriander-tuned. Finish is sweet-spicy. Medium bodied, alcohol peeping through. Sweetish - OK, but definitely too much coriander used.
