750ml Bottle: Aroma of yeast, coriander, white pepper, toasting, pale malts, spices, and light licorice. Poured amber/gold in color with a small white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of small particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of slight honey, yeast, light licorice, , white pepper, grains, and a hint of caramel. Medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Soft to average carbonation. Slightly sweet, lightly salty, chalky finish. 8.5%ABV is totally hidden.

Bottle. Aroma of light fruits, honey, bread, strong yeasty spiciness (and apparently other spiciness), light alcohol. Flavor again has a strong spicy and yeasty component with some citrus and grape character. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of sweet apple and pear, light spices. Flavor is quite similar, spicy upfront with yeast and sweet fruits. Very pleasant and easy drinking. Decent BSA. 7/4/7/4/15 (3.7/5)

750 bottle. Pours turbid gold with nose of spicy yeasty malt, hopcitrus, florals. tastes peppery, floral, and yeasty, with a smooth but not complex palate. If I ever met a lady who liked this beer, I’d either marry her or pawn her off to my wingman, depending upon her intellect.
