Gushing to huge, yellowish whipped-eggwhite head, slightly irregular, over fully hazy orange beer, UFO-laden. White candi sugar (..), alcohol, faintly citric & spicy yeastesters. Sharp vegetable-spicy-yeasty taste. Sample tastes quite young actually, which is strange seen the bottling date has had 1 yr. already. Still, balance is OK, some restsugars, especially warming up; slightly smoked flavour. Sharp, burning MF; titillating & well-carbonated; medium bodied at best. Not half bad, but once the sharp taste & MF settled in, not really distinctive.

Oct 20, 2008 Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Yeast, cabbage and citrus in the aroma. Flowery hops, yeast, traubenzucker and citrus in the flavor. Drinkable, nothing special.

Oct 7, 2008 Golden colour with diminsihing head. Maizy wheat with some good hoppy character and sweet aftertones of fruit. Has a very marzipan flavour throughout. Relatively balanced carbanation.
