Aroma dominated by yeast and a little citrus. Medium body with light notes of yeast, fruit and some astringent phenols. Bitter finish. Pours almost clear yellow with a dense white head. Spiced and mild yeasty aroma. Flavour is mild banana fruity and wheaty. Finish is lingering spiced and mild fruity. Light unclear medium yellow orange color, sparkling with a large, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, flowers, herbs, grass, moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. (290208) KimJohansen (5207), Copenhagen V, Denmark Apr 6, 2008 Clear golden with huge white head. Sweet aroma with yeasty and spicy notes. Sweet flavor with yeast, orange peel and coriander notes. Finishes dry.
