JorisPPattyn (4262), Antwerpen, Belgium Feb 28, 2008 Huge, dense, yellowish head over very well-carbonated orangeish beer with a verdigris shine. Fresh, malty, grassy & spicy nose, very yeast-determined. Bitterish, with only a sweetish background, malt-like. Green malt flavour, could do with a bit of lagering, but OTOH, it conveys a quite fresh impression. Spritzy, medium bodied, all the same. Aftertaste is more hop-oriented. Nice fresh beer, well worth trying.

Aroma dominated by yeast and a little citrus. Medium body with light notes of yeast, fruit and some astringent phenols. Bitter finish. Not really a top Belgian. 290308 KimJohansen (3026), Copenhagen V, Denmark Apr 6, 2008 Clear golden with huge white head. Sweet aroma with yeasty and spicy notes.
