PMgep (47), Lund, Sweden Oct 1, 2008 A sweet, raspberry aroma, but not so strong that it’s unpleasant. It have a beautiful, reddish colour with nice foam. It is very light in the mouth, and have a fresh, raspberry taste but the taste disappear very fast and there is no aftertaste.
Tranquillity (1120), Espoo, Finland Aug 3, 2006 Most complicated name for a beer maybe? Probably this beer doesn’t have a name yet, or maybe it’s just the description of the beer. All the other titles of this brewpub go in the same style - Polish names of stout, cherry etc. The name of this beer means rasberry dry wheat (beer), and that’s what it is. In a addition, it is a tinkling little surprise as well. The colour might seem strange - very dirty salmon/bloodgrape juice. The aroma is incredibly - fresh rasberry and lemon, orange and a tinge of, you guessed it, grapefruit. It tastes extremely dry, with a crispiness of rasberry and lemon grass. A fullfilling palate and long, strong, finish makes this an excellent wheat beer.
