Dark ale brewed with malted wild rye amd a complex mix of six different malts providing a full and rounded ale with a long finish.

Stillage @ CAMRA York Beer Fest, november 07. Deep copper brown color with a medium, bubbly beige head. Tastes mostly of caramel with some toasty notes and the slightest spicy touch. Medium palate, full, malty, fruity feeling with a rounded and warming finihs. Nothing extraordinary though. Slightly toasted aroma with some cereal notes. OK, warming porter.
