2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 harrisoni (10070) - Ashford, - AUG 8, 2006
Cask at GBBF 2006. Copper colour with bubbly off white head. Bit of toffee, some biting hop one end. Nice enough toffeeish bitter, but not great.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 chriso (7065) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 1, 2007
Cask (handpump) at GBBF, August 2006. Amber colour. A fairly basic session bitter. More caramel malt than hop character. Presumably uses Styrian Goldings but they didn’t seem to add anything particularly distinctive to the brew. Entirely respectable, but not too exciting.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Ungstrup (23922) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 4, 2007
Cask at GBBF 2006. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of butter and caramel. The flavor is also buttery combined with notes of caramel, leading to a bitter end. A brewer I had this together with thought, that the wort probably was burnt during the boil.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 kook (2033) - Perth, Western Australia, AUSTRALIA - SEP 6, 2006
Cask (GBBF 2006): Copper in colour. Sweetish malts, earthy hops. Just another bitter though.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 maeib (6630) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2006
Cask conditioned – handpump – GBBF. A mid brown coloured bitter with some slight, tired hop in the aroma. The taste is typically English malt and hop balanced without any real stand out. It has some character but is also a touch dull.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 omhper (15956) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 7, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 28, 2006 [Cask at GBBF] Bronze colour. Light bodied with pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Lightly resiny with some caramel . A very drinkable aromatic session beer.
