Light golden color with a fluffy white head. LIght aromas, which are hard to pick up over the glass cleanser. Pale malt, floral hops, light honey and fruit syrup. Light sweet start with a somewhat sour mash component that kicks in mid quaff. Not real clean and a bit earthy.

On tap at the Bugsy Sports Bar & Grill in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a thin white head that dissolves to a fine film and creamy ring. Average lacing on glass side. Aroma of sweet honey, light roasted malt and a touch of sweet pears. Taste is smooth, lightly carbonated, medium bodied, with more distinct sour apple and sweat pears. Finish is semi-swet with a hint of bitterness after the finish. Happy 125th Anniversary Rhinelander!
