(draft) Way to bitter for my tastes, but I suppose some people like the bitterness.

Gravity Head 2004: Amber reddish hue with good off-white head and some lace. The aroma hints of pine, grapefruit, toasted caramel malts, grassy and earthy notes, and zesty yeast esters. The taste starts with bitterness at the forefront with vanilla and mocha undertones. Spicy and woody notes. The finish is a smooth balance of bitterness and some lingering sweetness. The mouthfeel is lively and sharp. A nice old brown ale. Enjoyable.

Gravity Head 2004: Poured brown with a thick tan head. Caramel/hop aroma. Is nicely balanced with a light sweetness. Reminds me of an Arrogant Bastard light. Good.
