Commercial Description:
We combine buckets of juicy whole, crushed cherries and raspberries with a sweet amber ale to craft this unique, complex and revered taste. Mild whole hop zest and fresh-fruit tartness perfectly balance this ale’s big malt character.

Seems like you either ove this one or hate it. I loved it. Nice smell of cherries more than raspberries. This was on tap at Browns. Reddish color, light flavor. Nice beer.

Pours with a slightly cloudy amber body topped with a thin head with a decent amount of lace left on the glass. Sweet raspberry aroma with hints of yeastiness. Sweet raspberry flavor with malty accents and a touch of cherry. Not as much cherry in the nose or palate as expected. Light bodied and smooth.

on tap-pours a tan head with cloudy copper color. Aroma is fruit. Taste is cherry/raspberry, malt, secondary hop with a slight bite. Good carbonation.

Free sample courtesy of Gary Brown at the Troy Brewpub location. Nice cherry notes with at cherry at the bottom of the glass. As far as fruit beers go, this is very good... not syrupy at all. Brewed with fresh fruits, nice alc content, very drinkable on a warm day. Not overly fruity either.

Bottle: pours a brownish red body, actually some carbonation here (1 for 3.) Huge fruity and sweet aroma - cherry/rasberry (duh) with a hint of hops - grassy and weak. Huge fruity finish. Definitely sticky sweet. This is borderline fruit beer, borderline medicine. Luckily, it’s closer to beer. Based on most of their other beers I figured this would be a huge failure - it isn’t. Not bad.
