COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Dark, dry and refreshing, our Dry Stout owes its distinct character to the liberal use of roasted grains. Dry Stout, also known as Irish Stout, is brewed to yield relatively low levels of alcohol. In classic style, our Dry Stout is fresh, light-bodied and shows a substantial hop bite with a roasted finish.
Malts : Two row pale, black barley, chocolate
Hops : Chinook, Mt. Hood ,Cascade
On a nitro tap at the Golden Rail. Pours a clear blackish brown with ruby highlights and a medium tanned beige head. Smells of chocolate and roast. Thin body, and roasty. Roast bitter finish. This tasted like what I’d envision Guinness being if it had a little more substance. Decent session stout.
