22oz bottle-pours a rich offwhite head with hazy gold color. Aroma is sweet light malt/grain/rye, secondary spice hops. Taste is herbal/spice/floral hops, light malt/grain/rye. OK carbonation.

Tap at Vermont Brewer’s Fest 2009. Cloudy golden/straw colour. Thick white head. The nose is quite light and a bit of lightly grainy, crackery character. Lightly floral/herbal hops with a bit of light lingering character. Lean-bodied, clear and reasonably refreshing. Sort of nice but not all that complex. Fairly nice noble hoppiness on the back.
