Dec 10, 2007 Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a lightly hazed copper color with a small off-white head. Light hop aroma. Earthy with a touch of citrus. The flavor had hop citrus with some earthy notes and something else that I can’t put my finger on. The malt is light. Mild to moderate bitter finish and semi-dry. Light to medium body.
