Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA May 2, 2006 Cloudy amber with sticky laceing. Lightly fruity in the nose. Bland. Flavors contain a light hopping . Some fruity tones and some bitter. Bland. Finish is just a touch sweet. Bland. BückDich (4618), Boise, Idaho, USA May 2, 2006 Draught at the Brewpub: Not actually cask, just called cask ale. No idea what the actual style they were shooting for, the bartender/waitress was convinced and trying to convince me that cask ale was a style. Hazy orange color, light head, good lacing. Nose of nothing, light sweet dull flavor like an unfiltered pilsner. Nice body and mouthfeel but a slimy tail, easy drinking because it’s so dull.
