Tap @ brewpub: Bold yellow pour with a thin white head. Light aroma of malts, bread, and florals. Flavor is rather crisp. Florals, malts, and some biscuit. Not overly sweet nor grassey. A nice little pils indeed.

on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow color. Aroma is very light grain. Taste is light grain, light hops (saaz and halletaur?). crisp/dry. Good effervescence.

Draft @ Mtn Brewers Fest - Hmmm, grassy and sweet, with some honey covered biscuity malts. NIcely balanced with a crisp clean dry hop finish. A textbook example of the style, well done.

Clear gold with no head and light lacing. Grassy aroma with a hint of honey. Malty and toasty. Grassy hops and a slight citrus with sweet malts. Slightly bitter finish with a light feel.

Draught at the Brewpub: Golden color with light head and lacing. Nose of citruc acidic hops. The flavor is moderately bitter too with a sharp acidic bite along with the lightly malty finish. Nice nearly-authentic pilsner with a decent amount of hops.
