Would have been a nice fest bier (I believe it to be an ale, not a lager) had it any carbonation. Lots of crystal malt and gives it a toffee like flavor that finishes with some fruity esters. Not bad, but not great.

on tap-pours an off white head and mahogany color. Aroma is sweet medium/dark malt-caramel(?), dark fruit, perfumy. Taste is sweet medium/dark malt-toffee, roasty, dark fruit-cherry, secondary hops bite, medium body. OK carbonation.
