Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a malt, caramel, and straw. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle at Nutty’s house, his night before 40th livener, cheers to the host 05/12/14. Clear amber with reddish hues and a light beige head. Nose is caramel forward, berry fruits, malty notes. Taste comprises biscuit malt, dried berry fruit, toasted brown sugar. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a low level of bitterness. Ok for style.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2014 4.2% 500ml bottle. Full bodied, fizzy decent traditional Irish red with some of its own characteristics. Decent head. Slightly burnt flavour but nicely balanced. Nice beer

Clear mahogany with a large head. Fruity aroma, light toast. Flavour is toasted malt, brown sugar in an unexpected sharp hop base. Unusual and nice.
