Die Schaumkrone hält mittelmäßig, farblich ist es etwas heller als Altbier. Es riecht hohl-speziellhopfig und schmeckt dunkelmalzig hopfig herb, herb vor allem im Nachgeschmack. Fazit: Durchaus lecker! Test vom 18.9.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,11,10,10,10 - 10,40

Danke an Malzbonbon. Wässrig, leicht röstmalzern, trocken. Das Bier schmeckt langweilig, erwähnenswert scheint wohl höchstens noch die herb-malzige Note im Abgang. Test vom 18.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,7,5,8,6 - 6,55

500 ml bottle in Germany. Pours a nice chestnut see through brown. Thin off white head. Aroma is rosted malts, carmel and some cherry fruit. Taste is bready wiht an ever so slight sour bitter finish. Non-offensive in both taste and Palate. Not bad stuff really, Good as a matter of fact.

[tap in Saarbrücken] Spicy hops aroma with a nutty note, though weak in general. Clear chestnut appearance with a thich, white ring and wisps. Smooth, nutty flavour that is sweet. A very slight sour tang as well. Light to medium body, low carbonation, sweet nutty finish.

Bit murky brown-amber beer with orange highlights; small dirty-yellow head. Dark malts, leafy & vegetable. Bit of hazelnut oil aroma. Rather fresh green leaves taste, helped by the spritzy carbonation. Leafy, slight caramelly dark malts, but certainly not too sweet. Light to medium body, spritzy. Not much of an aftertaste. In its style, remarkably refreshing. Like the Pilsener, very carbonated, but in this case, it complements the beer. Big thanks to Marcusfromthebeerdesert!

Bottle 33cl. Pours a copper-coloured clear filtered brew with small off-white creamy head. Slim refreshing body, malty tones and hoppy background. Harmonic composition. Light-footed, summer beer.

Bottle. Hay and sour milk malt aroma. Clear medium brown with small head. Light caramel malt and strong grassy hops finish. Good drinkable beer - more like a hoppy dunkel or a dark pils than it is like other Landbiers.

MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 16, 2007
Bottle, 4.8%. Sourish aroma. Nice clear dark copper colour. Small white head. The flavour is slightly smoky with a bit of sourness to it. Not my idea of a Landbier.

diabel (1537) - Aarschot, BELGIUM - JAN 8, 2007
Bottle at the Düsseldorf Gathering. Clear, amber body. Lightly brown, frothy head. Sweet aroma of flowery hops, somewhat out of balance. Slightly sweet, bitter flaovur. Not very outspoken.
