3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 bierkoning (8099) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JAN 17, 2012
Bottle from Grima, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Citrusaroma with floral notes. Citrus and banana in the sweetish, wheaty flavor. Short aftertaste. OK thirst quencher.

Amber colored. Smells wonderful yeasty, with a slight banana note. Starts very yeasty-fruity, with hints of banana and citrus. The aftertaste is spicy, with a slight clove aroma. Citrussy and yeasty middle part. Finish is very yeasty and citrussy-fruity, with hints of clove. Hails to my local Hefeweizen!!!
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Koelschtrinker (7039) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2011

Bottle 33cl @Saarbrucken. A cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Smell is properly perfumed and banana like. A good creamy weizen, with bread notes.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Allen (2469) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 22, 2010
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of saarlander. It pours a murky orange beer with a tall nicely lacing head. The aroma is mainly of banana, clove and carrot. Slightly sour taste. Not too much residual sugars in the finish. Easy drinkable and pleasant. Thanks a lot Aaron!
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 asheft (2072) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 2, 2009
[bottle]
Balance of estery banana and phenolic clove in the aroma with only a little bubblegum and a note of coriander. Murky brown-orange with a lasting, dense white foam. Refreshing, slightly mineral watery but otherwise world class hefeweizen: pleasant herbal notes accentuate a gentle blend of clove and banana. Not sweet, but with very low bitterness. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, slightly sweet finish.

Bottled, poured nice dark gold colour, lots of wheat flavor to this one, balanced with banana, clove, abit sweet, but just fine, I am very happy with this, my local hefeweizen!
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6726) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 17, 2008
Huge dirty-white head over muddy yellow-green beer. Very fruity and young vegetables nose, quite inviting, pineapple ester, wheat, sourish. Sweet-fruity, strawberry and milkripe grain – wheaty and lactic. Sourishness all but vanished from the taste. Very slick, wheatslickness, medium bodied. Not at all bad Hefeweizen. <i> Big thanks to Marcusfromthebeerdesert! </I

Bottle 33cl. Golden cloudy colour, appetising performance. Nice dense white longlasting head. Strong carbonation, fresh taste. Typical Hefeweizen, but very grainy. I like this one very much!
